VEGETABLES USED:
Brussel Sprouts, Garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix evoo, crushed & minced garlic cloves, parmesan cheese, and fresh lemon juice in a bowl. Toss cleaned and dried Brussel sprouts (cut in half if it's too big). Roast in oven 400ยฐ till toasty and brown. Toss and turn halfway thru. Spritz more lemon juice once roasted if you want.
